Every frame starts as lines on a sheet. Choose the frame you need; the price is set before the first pixel.
S-01 — Exterior
One house, one view, one light. We read your elevations, set the sun, and render daylight or overcast — grass, gravel, glass, grain. The frame an architect puts on the first slide.

S-02 — Interior
Four stills from the inside. Kitchen, living room, primary suite, and one room you choose. Window light falls where the plans say it will; the lamp is on in the hall.

S-03 — Dusk
Three exterior views at golden hour and blue hour. Every window lit from within, porch glowing, the sky holding its last colour. The frames that sell a house before the keys change hands.

S-04 — Motion
Forty-five seconds, one camera path. Through the gate, over the threshold, down the hall toward the light. Cut to your music or left silent.

The small turns
Priced here so nothing is guessed later. Each one is agreed in writing before we open the file.
Before you send the set
“Ask the small questions here.”
One consolidated set of notes from you, on any or all frames in the package. We turn them in about three working days. Two rounds are inside the price; a third is $190.
Send what exists. We can start from schematic plans, but changes to the design after approval fall outside the revision rounds, so we agree the lock point first.
PDF, DWG and RVT. A half-page finish schedule and a few site photos are enough to set the materials and the light.
A 40% deposit opens the file. The balance is due when the final frames arrive. We take check, ACH, Visa, Mastercard and Amex.
Yes. Final frames are yours for listings, brochures, planning submissions and your website.
